THE FINE PRINT

Privacy Policy

Effective 22 August 2026 · NuvoraWeb LLC

This policy explains what NuvoraWeb LLC collects when you use warboard.lol. It is written for humans. It is not legal advice.

1. What we collect

• Warlord name and email when you enlist.
• A login password, stored hashed by the auth provider — not as recoverable plaintext on the game servers.
• Gameplay: bids, land, attacks, wallet balance, last seen.
• Boost claims: which mission you claimed and when. We do not receive your X login.
• Technical basics: IP, browser, and device signals used to run and secure the site.

2. Why we collect it

To run the Game: accounts, the live map, war chest grants, anti-abuse, and emails we actually need (your password, service notices). We do not sell your email list. Public leaderboards show warlord names, land, and amounts — that is the point of the Hall of Warlords.

3. Who we share with

• Supabase — database, auth, realtime.
• Vercel — hosting, plus privacy-friendly analytics and speed metrics.
• Resend — transactional email (password delivery).

Opening X to boost a post is X’s site, under X’s terms and privacy policy. We share if the law requires it, or to stop abuse.

4. How long we keep it

Account and game history stay while the Game exists and your account exists. If you want deletion, email info@nuvoraweb.com. We may keep records we need for abuse. Land you took is a game record, not a personal page we can silently erase without breaking the map.

5. Cookies and similar

We use a login cookie so you stay enlisted. Opening @NuvoraWeb from the earn chest sets a short-lived cookie so the next claim can land. Hosting analytics may set their own. Turning cookies off will likely break login and earns.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA/UK), you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data, or object to some processing. Write to info@nuvoraweb.com. We will need enough to find your account.

7. Kids

The Game is 18+. We do not want data from children. If we learn we have it, we delete the account.
