Terms of Service

These terms govern warboard.lol (the “Game”), operated by NuvoraWeb LLC (“we”, “us”). By enlisting, logging in, or earning war chest, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not play.

1. The Game

Warboard is a real-time territory game. You spend in-game “war chest” credit to bid on countries on a live map. Highest bid owns the land. If you are attacked, you have two minutes to raise or the country changes hands.

War chest credit is prepaid entertainment credit for use only inside the Game. It is not a bank balance, not a security, and not withdrawable as cash. There is no prize payout. You are not playing for money back.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a contract. You are responsible for following the laws where you live. If games of this kind are not allowed where you are, do not enlist.

3. Accounts

Enlist with a warlord name and email. We email a generated password. There is no password recovery. If you lose it, that account is gone. One human, one account. We may suspend or delete accounts that cheat, abuse, or break these terms.

4. War chest

New warlords start with $20.00 of credit. You can earn more by boosting posts on @NuvoraWeb: $10.00 for a like, $25.00 for a reply, $100.00 for a repost, $250.00 for all three. Each claim requires opening @NuvoraWeb from the earn chest first. You can repeat that as many times as you want. We do not currently sell credit. Bids deduct from your war chest when you place them. Spent bids are not returned if you lose the country later.

Earn claims are an honor system. We may reverse credit, strip land, or close accounts if we decide a claim was fake, farmed, or automated. Read the Credits Policy.

5. Conduct

You may not use bots, extra accounts, or scripts to play. No exploiting bugs for credit, no harassment that we decide crosses the line. We may operate accounts that play under the same bid and timer rules as everyone else. We can change map rules, minimums, and features. The 2:00 clock is server-side. The server wins arguments about time.

6. Not advice

The Game is entertainment. It is not financial advice, not an investment, and not affiliated with the United Nations or any government. Country names on the map are for play.

7. Our liability

The Game is provided as-is. Outages, lost sessions, and bugs happen. To the fullest extent the law allows, NuvoraWeb LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost land, lost war chest, or indirect damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount of war chest credited to you in the 30 days before the claim.
